Universal Free School Meals

From effect from 1st September 2014 all pupils in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to a free school healthy lunch under the Government's Universal Infant Free School Meal (UIFSM) scheme.

However, if your child is eligible for a Free School Meal (outlined in the Free School Meal form) in any year group, then please visit the office staff who can help you complete this form.  It ensures your child is entitled to a free school meal if they are in year groups 3, 4, 5 or 6, whilst the cost of some school trips can also be reduced.

School Meal Payments

The school uses an external provider for lunchtime school meals which are priced at £2.40 per day.

All meals must be paid for in advance and if you intend your children to have meals these must be paid for the week in advance. Unfortunately, the school do not have a facility for credit and will not be able to provide meals without payment.

Breakfast Club & Magic Breakfast Provision

Jubilee Park Academy is proud to be in partnership with Magic Breakfast, providing healthy breakfasts to our pupils so that they are settled and ready to learn.

Magic Breakfast provides our pupils with a nutritious breakfast food to ensure each child starts their school day in the best possible way. Breakfast gives children the energy needed for the busy school morning, enabling them to focus on their lessons.

Here at Jubilee Park Academy we are committed to providing our pupils with a nutritious breakfast to ensure that no child feels too hungry to learn.

Jubilee Park’s Breakfast Offer:

• Breakfast Club (charged at £2.00 per day) which includes breakfast and activities from 8:10am.
• Classroom Breakfast (free of charge for every pupil) which each pupil can access on arrival at school.
